Sa Pobla, Spain 1 contribution 1 helpful vote. Casino Floor Coctail Service is the WORST. Just came from The Orleans and NEVER EVER go back again.
What a Terrible Service. IGNORAT Coctail Servers, after speaking with Supervisor Linda and mention how IGNORAT Service is on the Floor by Server LINDA, 30 min later tried order one more Beer, another Server don't know her name said I'll be right back, of course she gave us IGNORANT Attitude and NEVER came to us.
So it's NOT just one server they all like that. NO MORE ORLEANS for us, what a Losers. Take your Money and Biz somewhere else.
FORGET about The Orleans, they do NOT desrve your Money. Date of stay: September We strive to provide a five-star experience to our guests on every visit and we're disappointed that we did not achieve that for you.

Bowling during pandemic. Came here on a weekday early afternoon the 52 lanes upstairs bowling center was quite deserted, perfect for a little recreation.
Being indoor social distancing in a public place is a must, fortunately with only couple lanes occupied there's really no concern there.
In fact while bowling in our own lane, we didn't have to wear mask as there's no one within 40 feet or more. Hygiene was quite kept up by staff.
Constant cleaning especially on lanes that were just used. However if you are using house balls I do recommend doing a once over cleaning yourself to eliminate any possible germs.
Tables and chairs and bowling computer are cleaned by staff, so no issue. Friendly staff, clean facility, reasonable price.
Pandemic does not mean one has to be housebound all the times. We appreciate you taking the time to provide positive feedback from your recent visit and we're already looking forward to your next trip!

I missed the buffet and Big Al's. Would like to know why half the television channels were no longer available. I also missed the weekend poker tournaments.

The greeting was friendly and check-in was simple. The room was clean and newer than the others we stayed in. The pool was open but the hot tub was still closed.
We could walk to dinner and other stores and felt comfertable in doing so. I would stay here again. Date of stay: September Location. Sleep Quality.

Sep I was there a week ago again. I didn't see a valet, but I wasn't looking for one. Some of the slots were ringing for once, so things are better.
